    Nature of Service

    GiveFlowers.io is a software platform that enables creators to receive voluntary financial support from supporters.

    • We do not verify or guarantee how funds are used.
    • We are not a charity or fundraising institution.

    Payments

    • All payments are processed via Stripe.
    • Platform fee: 3% per transaction.
    • Stripe fees apply separately.
    • Payouts are processed weekly.

    Recurring Contributions

    • Supporters may choose weekly recurring payments.
    • They may cancel at any time.

    Creator Responsibility

    Creators are solely responsible for:

    • Content on their page
    • Representations made to supporters
    • Use of funds
    • Legal compliance
    • Tax obligations

    If raising funds for a cause, creators are responsible for regulatory compliance.

    Prohibited Use

    The platform may not be used for:

    • Illegal activity
    • Fraud
    • Terrorism-related fundraising
    • Sanctioned entities
    • Hate speech
    • Adult explicit content
    • Gambling

    Accounts may be terminated at our discretion.

    Disputes

    • Chargebacks are handled by Stripe.
    • We are not liable for disputes between users.

    Taxes

    Creators are responsible for reporting income and paying taxes.

    Limitation of Liability

    We are not liable for:

    • Loss of income
    • Business interruption
    • Indirect damages
    • Platform downtime

    Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
